Apr. 3rd, 2011 04:23 pmI have been massively, stupidly remiss on memory and skill updates! Quick rundown of what he's gotten:
Significant Neutral: favor for Elaine
Significant Neutral: House of Windowless Rooms
Skill: superhuman strength
Skill: myth/god ultimate genre savvy
Skill: superhuman endurance
Possibly I'll do a more involved writeup later, but these all sort of lead in the same direction, and that direction is that Lucifer is very aware now that he's not human, he's used to dealing with kind of crazy things, and that he's capable of being very tricksy and savvy and playing a long, manipulative game. Also, the concept that he can be summoned is pretty interesting, if nothing else. It all makes him very confident that he's part of some sort of sprawling mythos, and that he's likely toward the top of that particular pyramid.
Getting strength and endurance back means that he's baaaasically back in his Lux-era body but slightly better--he doesn't have his wings or most of his power, but he's not on a base human level anymore. Now he's got a body that can cope with his persistent inability/refusal to grasp the concepts of pain and danger as relating to himself. People who have supernatural person pings may be getting them more strongly now. Lucifer is an angel, not a demon, but demons/vampires/whatever can feel free to be pinged however they'd like.
Genre savvy means that he may--unless it will harsh someone's squee, because I am thoroughly anti-squee-harshing--recognize mythological characters and stories, potentially including the myth/story-based personae. Because he's himself, knowing a thing doesn't mean sharing it, and Lucifer has pretty strong feelings on not interfering much with teams making decisions in games. This skill also solidifies his instincts on god-manners and ritual behaviors and such.
In summary, Satan feels more like himself, and is pretty zen at the moment.
